For Incremental® process. Generation of spline, thread, groove, or specific profiles. Single or combined use for generating several profiles in the same rolling operation.

Circular roll dies

For all kinds of profiles adapted to rolling cycles using in-feed or through-feed processes. Generation of thread, serration, spline, groove or specific rolling profiles. As an option for thread rolling, we also offer pre-adjusted dies for automatic phasing.

Disks for finned tubes

We design and manufacture the profile progression for the complete disk assembly of 3 or 4 shaft machines.

Racks

Generation of splines, serrations, or specific profiles. Length of the dies: from 400 to 1200 mm.
